Digital Content Exclusion

The VIP subscription is 'digital content not provided on a tangible medium.' According to consumer protection laws, once service is activated, the 7-day unconditional return right is excluded.

Refund Criteria

  • Duplicate Payment: Double charges due to system failure.
  • Technical Issues: Outages exceeding 72 hours.
  • Accidental Order: Within 24 hours with no tasks set.

Non-Refundable

  • Failures on 3rd party platforms (Twitch/YT/Discord).
  • Accounts banned for violating terms.
  • Setup errors by the user.
